We thought one avocado a day was plenty but this 81 year old avocado farmer eats three! One for each meal of the day. He has been eating avocados for eighty years and thanks his daily avocado consumption for his perfect health.


Is eating this many avocados wise? Well, the article explains that each avocado contains 30g of fat, which is as much found in a quarter pounder! The difference is the fat in avocados is monounsaturated and has been shown to decrease cholesterol levels instead of increasing them like that burger would.
