Want a fun and delightfully creamy alternative to our beloved guacamole? Try out this tasty avocado and yogurt dip, it’s packed full of flavour and almost impossible to mess up!  Perfect for parties of 1+!

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup your favourite 2% greek yogurt
    • (you can try unsweetened coconut yogurt if you are dairy free)
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • cilantro
    • (as much or as little as you like! If you are a cilantro lover like myself you will put in no less than approx. 3 tbsp!)
  • freshly squeezed juice from ½ lime
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
**Optional for spice lovers: (aka the rest of the AAAD team)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped and seeded jalapeño pepper
  •  dash of cayenne pepper to taste
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in your favourite dip bowl with either fresh veggies, pita chips, rice crakers, or on fish tacos, a burger, over scrambled eggs… or on a finger!
Bon appetite!
