Recipe: Vanilla Water

This delicious vanilla water was a staple for Christine and I during our restorative vacation in Sayulita, Mexico. It's a great dessert replacement for when you get that ice cream or latte craving and it couldn't be easier to make. We were lucky enough to have access to some of the finest vanilla extracts around. This Orlando premium organic natural vanilla extract is the real deal and has the most unbelievable flavor. It is made and grown by the Toltec Indians on small family farms in southern Mexico with vanilla beans that have been aged for 2 years to maximize flavor. Don't worry though, you can still make this delicious recipe with regular old vanilla from the grocery store. Each glass has only 4 ingredients, the first being Water!


  • 3/4 of a glass of fresh filtered water
  • 1/4 of a glass of soy or almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract (choose organic when possible)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
Stir and serve! If more sweetness is desired try adding a bit of honey.

just used raw milk of organic a2 milk in bangalore | desi cow milk in bangalore instead of soy or almond milk

Very nice article I love it, desi cow milk provide you good health. Calcium found in desi cow milk protects the colon cells from chemicals which lead to cancer.
